Beginners Adult Dance Classes with Zoë Ramsey

The Waterside Theatre & Arts Centre are delighted to launch our new series of adult dance classes beginners with the amazing dancer, performer and director, Zoë Ramsey!

Location: The Gateway Studio, Waterside Theatre & Arts Centre, Derry

Dates: 29th April 2024 ~ 24th June 2024 (with a break on June 17th)

Cost: £60 for 8 weeks

Time: 7-8pm

The inaugural 8 week block of classes will begin on April 29th and run through until June 24th, with a break on June 17th. Previous dancing experience is not expected - all we ask for is a willingness to have fun, move and try something new. Zoë Ramsey graduated from Falmouth University with a BA Hons in Dance Performance. She has been performing, directing and devising professionally, in a wide range of projects, since 2010 nationally and internationally. Her practice has taken her to places such as Poland, Sweden, Finland, Romania, Russia and Hong Kong and includes Contact Improvisation, clowning, corporeal mime, masked theatre, martial arts and rock climbing. She is an ensemble member of Echo Echo Dance Theatre Company. She teaches and performs regularly, working with adults and children of all ages.
